What you get back
The shape of the file, not its contents: the agencies that corroborate the match, how far their addresses agree, and the size of the peer set behind the benchmark. Where the record cannot be resolved to one company, the check says so plainly — we decline to issue a file rather than attach one company's violations to another that shares its name.
